When it comes to sexual & reproductive health concerns, it can be difficult to find the right resources, or discuss sensitive topics openly.

It is easy for us to push these concerns aside, or neglect them due to the sensitive nature, or emotional weight.

For example if you’re thinking something like… “My entire pelvis hurts, and my doctor says to try yoga, but I don’t know which yoga class would be good for me?!”

I’m here to help you be open and honest with yourself as you honor your most intimate relationship with your body, mind, and soul.

The practice

Over 4 weeks we’ll have…

Five 60 min Video Calls:

  • 30min to discuss your overall physical & mental wellbeing and intimate health goals

  • 30 min private yoga & meditation sesh so you feel solid with the fundamentals of a healthy practice

After each call, you’ll receive a PDF of your personalized plan to start a Personal Intimate Health Yoga Practice the following day.

Between our sessions, you will continue your practice on your own, and are encouraged to text or email if anything comes up!

4 weeks= one menstrual cycle, and one moon cycle. This gives us a chance to see how we can create a practice to compliment your natural fluctuations in life.

Your Personal Intimate Health Yoga Practice consists of 4 areas of focus:

Within each area of focus, you’ll get a list of concrete actions addressing your health goals. Think of this as a list of options for self-care throughout your day.

Positive behavior change happens when you feel good about what you are doing. If some day you only get to one action item, we will celebrate the 1 huge thing you did to prime your body, mind, and spirit for positive change.

Focus on what is possible each day, not what you are lacking.

The goal is to create a sustainable Intimate Health Yoga practice to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I am passionate about helping you become your best version of yourself.
