Over 4 weeks, you’ll have 5 video/phone sessions with courtney to create a personal Intimate Health practice that fits your lifestyle.

Take your intimate health and healing into your own hands.

Trusting that you are working with a healthcare professional, a personal Intimate Health practice will incorporate your mind, body, and spirit into your healthcare routine.

This is perfect for your journey through:

The practice

With this program, you’ll create a personalized Intimate Health Practice consisting of 4 areas of focus:

  1. Meditation & Breath Work

  2. Yoga

  3. Intimate Health Practices

  4. Mindset & Journaling

Within each area of focus, you’ll get a personalized list of concrete actions for your health goals. Think of this as a checklist for your daily self-care!

Positive behavior change happens when you feel good about what you are doing. If some day you only get to one action item, you are still actively priming your body, mind, and spirit for positive change.

Focus on what is possible each day, not what you are lacking!

self-care Time

4 weeks= one menstrual cycle, or one moon cycle. This gives us a chance to see how your body responds to the action items throughout your cycle so we can modify as necessary.

We’ll have five, 45-minute phone, FaceTime, or Skype sessions.

Call #1: We’ll discuss your health goals, current lifestyle, and end with a meditation. You’ll receive a PDF of your plan to start the following day- with clear instructions, demonstrations, and video pointers to continue this practice over the week ahead.

We’ll schedule 4, weekly follow-up calls where we will:

  • Refine your practice- what works, what needs to change?

  • Discuss how your mind, body, and spirit are responding.

  • Examine the effect of your practice on your intimate connection with yourself and those you love.

  • Have a guided meditation based on what is coming up for you; to focus your mind & spirit for the week ahead.

Between our sessions, you will continue your practice on your own, and are encouraged to text or email if anything comes up!

Call #5: We’ll end with a celebratory call, where you’ll feel empowered to incorporate this practice into your life moving forward. Your final PDF will contain a compilation of the action items that worked best for you, so you can pick and choose what you’ll need through the ever-changing cycles of life.
