Over 4 weeks, you’ll have 5 one-on-one sessions with courtney to create a personal Intimate Health practice that fits your lifestyle.

Trusting that you are working with a healthcare professional, a personal Intimate Health practice will incorporate your mind, body, and spirit into your healthcare routine.

Your Intimate Health Practice consists of 4 areas of focus:
Meditation & Breath Work
Mindset & Journaling
Within each area of focus, you’ll get a personalized list of concrete actions for your health goals. Think of this as a checklist for your daily self-care!
Positive behavior change happens when you feel good about what you are doing. If some day you only get to one action item, you are still actively priming your body, mind, and spirit for positive change.
Focus on what is possible each day, not what you are lacking!
The goal is to create a sustainable intimate health practice to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Over 28 Days, you will see a difference in your body, mind, and spirit with a solid Intimate Health Practice.
4 weeks= one menstrual cycle, or one moon cycle. This gives us a chance to see how your body responds to the action items throughout your cycle so we can modify as necessary.
We’ll have 5 phone, FaceTime, or Skype sessions, each 45 minutes long.
Call #1 is Day 1 of your journey. We’ll discuss your health goals, current lifestyle, and work to develop your personal Intimate Health Practice.
That same day, you’ll receive a PDF of your plan, along with clear instructions, demonstrations, and video pointers on how to continue your practice over the week.
We’ll schedule 4, weekly follow-up calls where we will:
Start with a guided meditation to settle your mind into your body for clarity.
Refine your practice- what works, what needs to change?
How is your mind, body, and spirit responding?
How is the practice affecting your intimate connection with yourself and those you love?
How can you make this a sustainable practice to continue on your own?
Between our sessions, you will continue your practice on your own, and are encouraged to text me if anything comes up!
This practice is to empower you to take a more active role in your health. If you are ready to make a significant change in your life, then this is the practice for you.
When it comes to our most intimate health issues, it can really help to talk openly with someone about what you are going through. The idea behind Intimate Health Yoga is to bring every aspect of health into the conversation without guilt, shame, or fear. I’m here to listen babe!
