A Twerkshop for Every Body
Refine your twerk to improve your posture and body mechanics for more efficient motion and prevention of low back pain, sciatica, and pelvic floor pain.
Learn how to dissociate movements between your spine and pelvis. Not only to twerk, but to gain the knowledge and power to use your core, glutes, multifidi, pelvic floor and hamstrings to your benefit. Knowing how to stabilize your spine and mobilize the rest of your body can keep the aches and pains away and kill it on the dance floor.
Shake up stagnant energy in the pelvis in your ‘twerk dog,’ and move through a yoga flow with breath techniques to prepare your body for more sensation.
You’ll leave feeling more in control of your muscles to properly engage and relax them when you need it the most- during sex, childbirth, and in your everyday life to maximize your pleasure.
